Key Interventions and Strategies to Raise HPV Vaccination Rates
Wednesday, May 9th at 12 PM CST
Jennifer Nkonga, Director of the National HPV Vaccination Round-table, employed by American Cancer Society, will be talking about the newly published Clinician & System Action Guides. The guides communicate collective guidance for health care providers, decision makers and support staff to implement key interventions and strategies to raise HPV vaccination rates.
Jennifer will also touch on some of the other resources the round-table has to offer, which are available through the online resource library.

Critical Conversations Conference

1st Five, in partnership with the University of Iowa Division of Child & Community Health is hosting the annual Critical Conversations: Child Development & Mental Health Conference. This exciting, and interactive conference is designed to help primary care providers identify children experiencing adversity early on in order to set them up for brighter futures. The conference will cover a variety of important topics such as: developmental screening and surveillance, social determinants of health, nutrition and maternal stress on the developing brain.
